Corrections Officer Linked to Rock Case No Longer Works For County

An investigation into the officer-involved shooting death of 22-year-old Tayler Rock on May 31, has led a Cowley County employee to abruptly leave the Sheriff's Dept.

Ana Bedolla's last day on the job as a corrections officer was Friday, the county confirmed in an email response to an open records request. It is not clear whether she was fired or allowed to submit her resignation.
